  To organize their entire hospitality programme during the 3 days of the Belgian GP, representing not less than 12,000 guests in several categories (clients, media guests, partners and employees).

  To set up and manage their presence / image by organizing a huge stand inside the Fan zone with different activities.


  From tickets and hotels bookings to guest hosting in the different dedicated areas (trackside hospitality suites, Paddock Club or similar premium facilities);

  From managing their stand inside the Fan zone to organising drivers interviews and special appearances;

Carbon has succesfully proven to be highly capable to plan, to set up and to coordinate all aspects of this challenging mission, contributing to help ING’s association with the Formula 1 to be regarded as one of the most succesful sport sponsorship deals of all time.
